CEO at Acorn Management Partners LLC

Acorn Management Partners (“AMP”) is a “Professional Relations” company that assists publicly traded companies by ...

Acorn is a hard charging, evangelistic partner that public companies need in order to increase their exposure on Wall Street. Acorn is owned by ex-producing brokers that have over 45 years’ experience in building positions, accounts, assets and brokers through sales training on Wall Street. With this experience, Acorn is able to train their employees on how to sell and speak to brokers. We have intentionally trained all our employees with the exact same sales training classes daily (straight-line or F.A.B.) that we were taught as rookies. Our style and approach can only be Wall Street because that’s the blood in our veins. Plus, it is the only thing we have ever known. We look, sound, and even dress just like broker and, most important to you, we sell like brokers. Acorn is a non-licensed marketing company for regulated publicly traded companies that requires their employees to only speak with licensed financial professional. AMP is the only company that has built a platform designed to replace lost retail support.

Acorn builds and explains a company’s investment thesis to brokers constantly to drive long-term investors through their trusted broker to own a company because they understand the reasons to do so, because it was presented in a broker style with a broker sound. Acorn understands the need to steadily increase the shareholder base and creating a truly sophisticated market. This is done by creating relationships and explain the investment thesis to professionals.

Acorn is the only broker distribution model that works with both ETF’s and public companies. No Hype, No Emails, No Social Media! AMP’s will show you how to maximize your budget on your IR and PR functions and at the same time tell you which are effective. We are not IR but I will explain how we are able to do this! No other company can do what we do! Our proprietary CRM broker communication platform contains over 480,000 brokers to include their contact information that we call daily, weekly and monthly. Our clients consist of both public companies and ETF’s with market cap valuations ranging from over $2 billion dollars to under $40 million dollars.

Why don’t ETF’S use IR? But they do use AMP! ETF’s have no need for IR because they are bundles of many public companies based the ETF’s investment theory. Therefore, the buyers in funds base their investment decisions on the projected value of sector, industry and the potential of the overall strategy of the Fund. We also believe that all public companies should employee the investment method on Wall Street rather than the news release too news release method with traders. Please don’t misunderstand me, companies need an experienced IR and PR team! But, IR as a standalone answer, just doesn’t work.

Think about IR as the hundreds of facets on a “diamond” and the diamond is the company. Each single individual facet is an IR function, as in, website design, corporate image, press releases, writers, power points, scripting of quarterly management calls, non-deal road shows and conferences, etc. Each individual IR function is intended to create a bright eye catching effect that projects value and return for the long term on the company. Companies are valued like diamonds, a near flawless diamond ( extremely valuable ), but some have a few flaws ( valuable ) and others may seem to be cloudy ( less valuable to worthless ). All of these facets are the tools that AMP uses in order to attract financial professionals to become your long term buyers. Acorn is not IR but a distributor to brokers and a qualifier of all you IR programs. We shine a bright light focused on your diamond with the intent to find your flaws and fix them! Now, investment professionals can see the value of your bright flawless diamond.

So what do we do so differently than IR or what you are used too? Everything!

  • Acorn builds a two-page institutional style tear sheet for financial professionals from our C.O.O.
  • Our CRM database contains over 400,000 + licensed financial professionals around the US. Simply put it was designed to increase your shareholder base therefore reducing concentration levels at any one broker-dealer “BD.”
  • Acorn builds an independent database of qualified financial professionals for a company with the expectations that over time they could build positions in their books of clients (shareholders) if we show the belief that the company can execute the business model in a timely process. (That’s kind of their job).
  • AMP was designed to decrease the company’s liabilities because we only speak to licensed series 7 representatives – they are licensed to buy your stock for their 300+ clients if we can show a solid investment thesis and create an interest over time.
  • Acorn will present your investment thesis and story (stock) to financial professionals at a rate of over 3,000 phone calls per month, per company project. We made over 92,000 phone calls just last month.
  • Acorn will start developing a relationship for the company with each broker, while company executes the model and validate the company’s future (investable projected value) with a series of actions that will show Wall Street that the company is executing their business.
  • AMP will hold monthly report calls to go over the project, broker report, conference calls, and results.
  • As a part of the program we will schedule roughly 6 qualified conference calls a month once the brokers have progress deep enough in our sales step process.
  • Acorn provides a printed monthly broker report, so that the company and its director can validate our value through the pipeline of brokers. Contact information includes: broker’s name, firm name, email, phone, date, and last conversation with them.

Why do brokers buy stock? It begins with the company’s management team, our ability to show comparable potential to their competitors or acquirers, a few projected catalysts which will be used to validate the stock projected value through series of upcoming catalysts while your company validates itself through the execution and news’ releases of those projected catalysts to prove to Wall Street the company can execute its business.

We don’t write press releases, talk to individual investors, write and edit your Power Points, Presentations or Conference call scripts. So please don’t confuse Acorn as an IR (Investor Relations) or PR (Public Relations), we are not. Most IR firms in the small and micro-cap space are stock promoters that typically drive small traders into a stock attempting to quickly drive up volume by using newsletters, email blasts, and social media campaigns. This would be considered an unsophisticated market.

So stop wasting money and time on something that doesn't work for the long term, PERIOD. Are you tired of the excuses, promises and then the same old story about it being your fault or sorry we tried “I don't know maybe more news”? Wait here it comes, the best one yet "You didn't spend enough money or you need to spend more money but you know at the end of the day just another disappointing effort at traditional Investor Relations.

We are NOT Investor Relations .

Professionals do not buy stocks or recommend them because they received an email or because they went to a HOTSTOCK website. Would you?

By now, you know all too well that you cannot do this on your own, nor can we accomplish your goals without your help. This has to be an active partnership to be successful. We would like to have a chance to be successful for you.

The AMP process works.

Again briefly, AMP makes approximately 92,000 AMPLYFYING phone calls per month to only Series 7 Licensed Advisors. What do I mean by AMPLYFYING phone calls? These are 1-on-1 professional presentations specifically focused on our clients to licensed financial professionals.

Real professionals talking to real professionals about a REAL company.

Please me know when you would like to have a follow up call. I will have my COO for the Sarasota office Shelby will send you over a calendar invite with a time and the conference call dial-in information. Please provide a few available times to speak because today is the best day to start a change for the best. Welcome to AMP!

Thanks

John
